This is ridiculous....... I have called the cleves post office phone number about 10 times and never get an answer, why have a phone number if ur not going to answer. I've been waiting on two packages to be delivered and I yet to receive them. I looked up my shipping progress by using the tracking number and it says that my packages are considered dead mail and no new address was left. What the he** does that mean. I guess I have to play investigator and try to find out what happened to my packages bc I'm very upset about this crap. I'm switching post offices after this. They mess up my mail all the time or I just don't get it and now this happens. These people need retrained or something bc they haven't a clue on how to do anything right. I hope they get it together soon 🙏

I called the phone number listed for Cleves Post Office. It rings 10 times and then I get NOTHING, no dailtone, no busy signal NOTHING. I called the 800 number and had to press 0 three times before it would connect me with a PERSON. Then the wait time was 30 to 40 minutes. Why even have a phone if you aren't going to answer it. Who has 30 -40 minutes in their day to wait for a person? certainly not I!...

This is the wrong phone # for the Cleves post office (It belongs to a sweet elderly couple.) Inside staff are always friendly, but when it comes to your daily mail delivery, best wishes & good luck! We never get our bills on time- to the point that our power was shut off in the bitter cold. Our bank checks were delivered to someone who was (thankfully) nice enough to bring them to us. Also, we've gotten mail for our local police dept. that had sensitive info in it (according to our acting chief at the time) that could have been disastrous in the wrong hands. Always getting everyone in town's mail excepting our own. We recently switched to a P.O. box at the North Bend location because it was such a hassle for so long, but somehow we are STILL getting everyone else's mail in our mailbox!

This is the WRONG phone number for Cleves post office!!! It's the home phone of an elderly couple! Also wrong in Cincinnati Bell Yellow Pages, & Cleves Post Office website. Other than that, great service & friendly staff INSIDE the post office, but you better be asking your neighbors for your mail- it's never delivered to correct addresses!!!

This post office is the worst. I had a package scheduled to be delivered to my house, it was left at the front door. The problem is that when I opened the door I found my package, along with mail, including a replacement bank card and a pack of checks...sitting at my front door in the rain instead of in the mail box. What if my bank card and checks blew away in the storm?? Envelopes go in the mailbox, not sitting on a front porch.

I have had the worst experience with this place within the last few days or so. I have a delivery of crickets to my door at least once sometimes twice a month, and I got the notification on Monday the 28th that my shipment had been delivered. Well it wasn't left in the usual place, so I called them and they told me it had been delivered in front of my "garage" and I told them there must have been some mistake because I don't have a garage, and they told me they had to talk to the mail carrier again but that was what he told them the first time. So I patiently waited until Tuesday for them to return my call, and they didn't so I called them and they assured me they were still working on the case. I politely explained to them these were live crickets we were talking about and they cannot be left in the cold or the rain, they told me they would call me back later that day, well they did but just to inform me they didn't forget about me and that the carrier was not back from his run yet when it was already after business hours. So I called Wednesday and they just kept putting it off again reassuring me, I called all day yesterday and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Finally got someone to answer this morning just for the man to tell me the carrier was there and would speak to me so I agreed. And the carrier said he left my box of crickets in my personal vehicle. I asked him to explain and he said that my husband's truck was unlocked and he left the crickets in there. First of all, my personal vehicles should not be messed with, even with a shipment, and second of all how was I supposed to know they were in there? They just kept telling me it had been delivered but didn't want to tell me where. I am beyond disgusted, I should not have to worry about my personal vehicles being messed with especially by my postal man. And on top of it all, all of my crickets were dead and my reptiles are unable to eat now. When I called the Cleves location back they informed me there was nothing they can do for me and that I would have to file a claim with the supplier. It is not the supplier's fault, I am unsure what to do about this situation but I am calling corporate.
