I spoke to a thick w h I t e post master by the name of Sammy, who is a simpleton a Simpleton that must have given his little nuber or pie whole to the previous post master so he can get a promo. Just like the mail carrier two pods in the simpleton pea brain line!

I live on Westlake ave in Parma. My postal worker spent over 10 minutes in his truck scrolling through his phone. Truck was running and he briefly paused to use some lip item and then continued to use his phone . The worker parked in front of my house ,so clearly visible to see in the truck. I went out on my porch said worker just kept scrolling on his phone not even looking up. Again over 10 min with his engine running. Aprox 3:45 pm Feb. 25th. Is this why our mail services are so slow?

So much for sending packages priority. There is noting priority about it when the package is more than a week late and tracking hasn’t been updated in days!!!!! I’m giving the USPS an F!!! I will not send anything more through you guys anymore. I’ll pay the extra. We’ve gone from blaming gas to blaming a virus. If so many people are unemployed.....HIRE SOME DRIVERS!!!!!

I dropped off my real estate tax payment on Weds 12/2/2020 in the mailbox outside in the back. It definitely went down the chute. It has not cleared the bank as of 12/11/2020 so I phoned Cuyahoga County Treasurer's office & they said it has not been received. So where is it? Not impressed.

Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional service from a US Postal Service location. I was in the lobby yesterday and overheard one of the associates harassing a guest about one of her packages and speaking extremely unprofessionally. I was in today and was harassed myself about a name on my package not being spelled correctly and after waiting for 20 minutes I finally received the package I was in to pick up. I witnessed a guest trying to pay for her $11.00 stamps with a $20 bill and the clerk said “really? You don’t have anything smaller?” When the guest said “no I’m sorry i do not” the clerk sighed and continued to be extremely rude to her. I get packages often and truthfully I don’t want to be coming into a lobby where I feel the guests are treated so poorly. It’s an absolute joke.
