I mailed my "vote by mail" application for the August 2nd primary to The Cuyahoga Board of Elections from your office. I went inside and the clerk put the correct postage on the envelope. It was in plenty of time to get there. It never did. They have no record of receiving it. I was unable to vote. Not long ago I mailed a gift card to Atlanta. Same result. You have a serious employee problem!

Perhaps mail carriers could leave their phones in their lockers? Each time I get the wrong mail he/she is talking on the phone and not paying attention.
