Brian Radu prioritizes getting USPS employees with cancer to sell their prescription pain meds instead of helping his son in another state with no family, if you can tell him to be a parent indtead of someone who lies to himself about his own addictiion and criminal record that would be preferred

9 days to get an envelope from Mertztown PA to Cleveland Ohio. You could walk that in 125 hours, bike it in 42 hours. The postal service takes 216 hours or 9 days by vehicle. Then 6 days to get the same envelope from Cleveland to Lodi ohio. You could walk that in 13 hours. You could bike it in 4 hours. The Postal Service takes 144 hours by vehicle or 6 days, it’s ridiculous!!!!! No accountability!! You can never get anybody on the phone nothing but answering machines or press 1 and leave a message that no one ever returns. I cannot believe people still use this service with so many other options available

What's going on with our mail service. We usually get our mail around 4PM. Here it is 5:30PM on Saturday and we have yet to receive our mail.

This is sad. This is down right disgusting. I’m sure horse and buggy had to be faster and more reliable. I understand life has been impacted as we know it due to a virus. What is not understandable is how a government entity has not taken measures to fix the situation with packages just sitting at locations undelivered. For weeks on end. In my case this makes no sense that a package arriving to a particular Cleveland receiving location less than 20 minutes away from my address cannot be located and delivered. My package has been sitting unmoved since January 10, and it’s now January 28th at a freaking plant barely up the road. Call me and I come get my own package. You file a case nothing, no call, no nothing, you call the USPS consumer affairs number for this location, no answer. Leave few messages, no response! And this hood people is our United States Postal Service. Honestly this should be considered mail tampering and a crime.

If your location is the main portal to distribute mail to the post office in Ashtabula, Ohio residents, I am in need of my mail since 12/14/20. I know there is a lot of mail this year since November as reported newswide, but it should be improving by now. Please get the mail to the Ashtabula, Ohio post office addresses. Thank You for your hard work.

In Nov. and Dec. I had 5 bills from different companies that were NOT delivered to me along with other miscellaneous items that are missing. I tried to call the Post Office customer service number and all I got were messages. I left my phone number for a call back but no one ever reached out. Now, January bills are missing! This is inexcusable. Why haven't there been changes yet? Today my neighbor delivered a piece of mail to me that was dropped in her driveway - she lives across the street. How long is this going to go on?

The Orange Rd. location has managed to destroy the spirit of Christmas for thousands who foolishly depended on them to deliver mail this holiday season. I personally hold every employee that works there accountable. Using the excuse that an overwhelming amount of mail blah blah. Why are you the only location in the country that couldn’t do your job properly? You guys suck

Ordered large items from Amazon, for overnight delivery. No delivery. Tracking stated it does not fit in mail box -- attempted delivery at 9:32 a.m. on scheduled date. (I was on my porch drinking coffee -- nothing) Rescheduled for today, online. Called local office (Broadview Hts, Ohio) this a.m. Was informed mail carrier is 8 mo. pregnant and can't carry it, but it would be delivered today. "Mike" calls back from post office & leaves a message that other arrangements would need to be made, as the carrier is unable to delivery the heavy package as she is 8 mo. pregnant. Mike calls later and said disregard prior message. I told Mike his carrier should be on desk duty so late into pregnancy, and I did not get what was paid for -- overnight delivery. I understand pandemic, etc. adds stressors. I also understand the very pregnant employee could not carry a large, heavy parcel. I don't understand why this management issue was made my problem. Hubby and I are seniors with health issues and disabilities, which is why we have things delivered. Seriously!

My Address is 825 Rudyard Road Cleveland Ohio 44110. Upset due to Manager Kim stopped delivering my mail due to her Dog issues. Dog is in Back yard. Mailbox on front porch. Delivery from UPS and FED X workers has no Problems coming to my Door and Delivering anything which takes more time than putting Mail in a box. What is Wrong with your Manager. I don’t Personally know her and am at home healing from Hip Surgery. He is Home with me. Isaiah has a Stroke and Heart failure in January 2020. She held our Meds all day and delivered them At 5:45 pm knowing he takes 20 pills a day. We are in a Pandemic and do not need this Managers Abuse nor Detrimental behavior in our lives. She is Playing God with peoples Lives. What is wrong with this picture?? Tell me what Manager does this?? How or What can be done to STOP this Aggressive behavior from this Manager? Thank you. This has been going on for all of April. Can we have our Mail Please. Have spoken to several workers who were of no help to us. Got no Calls back and totally ignored. Thank You again. Vanessa Crowder Sturdivant and Isaiah Coleman Jr.

Brittany Medina is the best carrier we have ever had. (We have lived here over 40 yrs. on Tuttle Ave.) She delivers on time. She is always cheerful and pleasant. I would hope you would give her a permanent position!

I just had a neighbor bring my rain soaked mail to my house, that they found on the ground. This is not the first time this has happened. I left my out going mail in my mailbox and usually the mailman takes it and sees that the mail is delivered to the appropriate location. I can not fathom how this can happen on a regular basis. I want to support the USPS by sending my mail with you, but I am having a very difficult time when this keeps on happening. There is no excuse for this and the USPS has become a welfare company. What I mean by this is many of the people that you hire to deliver the mail are very incompetent. They are hared and probable can not be fired for not doing there job, because of unions. I am willing to give you one more chance to prove that you are worthy of handling my mail. The rain soaked mail were going to pay my water bill, U.S. bank and American Express. I will await your timely response before I make my decision to pay everything on line and cut all ties with you (USPS). This can not and will not be tolerated.

I no longer want to receive any mail. I am invoking the Kramer life style. I no longer want mail! Stop all mail from me! I will now do everything in life through the internet since you people no longer want to do your jobs. I call the 800 number and get sent in circles through an automated system like Im not allowed to talk to a human being. Local branches wont even get off their asses to do the job. You people disgust me now. You have no morals and believe youre better then the people who use your service. I want out!

Why does the postal worker for delivery of mail at Miles elementary get to block handicap spaces at the school and then talk to senior citizens crazy I know this is the United States Postal Service which makes him think he is above the law but the law also states that nobody blocks or park in a handicap space without a handicap sticker which I had the United States Postal Service is nothing like the old service when they looked out for the people in the neighborhood I guess if I were dying or being attacked he would have thought that wasn't his business either

I have complained numerous times to my Congressman's office and the service doesn't improve. They just keep on coming up with sorry excuses. Maybe they should look at their hiring practices. Don't pay for tracking either because they don't actually track. Just another way to charge you more.

I have had two packages to arrive but the sorry ass carrier did not bothered to ring my door bell to let me know that he or she was there to deliver the packages I have made several complaint with the post office and I see that nothing has been done about the carrier because he or she is still not doing their job and nothing has been done to them for not doing their job in delivering packages I plan to go further to complain about the service I have been getting from the post office.
