They violate Hale versus Henkel 1906 they are unethical to the core and have no problem breaking federal laws as well as conspiring to deprive rights under the constitution of this country. I spoke with Floyd and never got a last name and I'm looking for the supervisor on this network which I'm sure they'll hide till the very end. They claim on this website how is essential the mail is but they can steal it

To whom it may concern, Our business mail has not been dropped off or picked up in over a week! Cedar Rd. Our business hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. I am not sure why this is now a consistent problem but it is unacceptable for any business! This needs someone's attention immediately

Discovered my place hasn't been getting mail lately. Discovered on the package I been tracking that it's been forwarded somewhere, despite the fact that I lived in the household for a good two years or more now. Website error'd out on me. Called the post office twice, where I was told to call back tomorrow. Did as asked and was again told to call back later. Once again did as asked. I was being respectful the whole time, but it was ridiculous how often I had to call back for what was an extremely urgent problem. Was told the issue was is that apparently a forwarding request has been put out for the ones that lived in my apartment. Only issue, me and my sister who lives here hasn't done anything of the sort. We did have someone else who moved out recently, and they had the confirmation number and request to prove it, but it was only marked as individual, not for those that lived in the household. The more confusing thing is that this mess would have been easier if it's been forwarded to his place, but he said no packages have come in for my name. I had a few packages where they been returned to sender, and now I have to deal with this whole mess of contacting each person or business that had their packages returned to them when it should have been here already. Furthermore I don't know how much important mail has been lost. The people over the phone could not tell me where anything has been forwarded to and why exactly this all happened, and even tried to tell me this package was ordered by my sister, when I knew that wasn't true considering I was the one who ordered it myself. This was a very frustrating experience.

I was notified that a package was delivered but there is no sign of it. This was Monday, the 14th. When I called, whoever it was, told me it was a Amazon delivery tracking number but that is not the case as the seller says it was mailed USJPS and has a tracking number. I'd like to have this followed up.

I RECEIVED A PACKAGE FROM THE SEVERANCE CIR POST OFFICE IN CLEVELAND HTS WITH A COPY OF MY MOTHER'S DEATH CERTIFICATE. THE CERTIFICATE DID NOT INCLUDE MY NAME OR ADDRESS. IT WAS PROBABLY LEFT BY A RELATIVE MAKING A COPY. I HAVE KNOW IDEA HOW THE POST OFFICE TRACKED ME DOWN. THANK YOU SEVERANCE CIRCLE POST OFFICE.FOR SENDING THE CERTIFICATE.

The manager Stephanie Holloway forced me under duress to send my non domestic mail domestically. Otherwise she refused to send it any other way which is a violation of 18 USC at 1701 as stated on my post drop. The number she gave me for Consumer Affairs is conveniently not accepting phone calls during business hours. Knowingly and willfully obstructing Passage of my non-domestic mail

I went to East Cleveland to pick up my certified mail. The clerk politely explained to me that my mail haven't come down there from the Cleveland Heights branch. I stated that I may not have time to come in within the alotted time frame because of my work hours to pick up the letter. He told me I might want to go up there to see if it's there and sorry for the inconvenience. I get to Cleveland Heights and the lady asked if anyone was picking up certified mail. I proceeded to hand her the slip and she retrieved the package. Needless to say, on the slip it only said Davis for the name without a first name. She asked for an ID and I gave it to her, but when I asked her what if I was picking up the package and it wasn't mine. There are three people with my last name in my household. She smartly replied Then I can't give it to you. HOW RUDE. No sympathy at all. The post office need to start putting FIRST AND LAST NAMES as to who the package belongs to because if I got there and the package wasn't mine, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN UGLY IN THERE. DO NOT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE.

The post office staff in Cleveland Heights is extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in to see why I haven't been receiving my mail. The clerk told me in a loud and nasty tone, that if I didn't put anything on hold - there was nothing she could do about it. I reiterated that it has been days since I've received any mail which is very unusual for my household. Also, on a number of occasions, when the mail came, it was for someone else. I spoke to my neighbors and they said that they are experiencing the same problem.

Terrible service. I walked in there this morning. 2 people ahead of me standing there. No worker at the counter. Loud noise in the back, laughing and talking ,sounded like partying. No one taking care of customers. This is not acceptable. Previous experiences also has been poor. Very poor customer service , employees acts like they are doing customers a favor
