You have several phone numbers to call but no one ever answers, then you get disconnected. You might as well not have phones at all if you are not going to answer them. You need to get some customer service training since we need your assistance and you don’t answer your call It is downright ridiculous. Don’t taxes pay for your services? Again the people get nothing from the taxes we pay. Answer your phones!

100% what everyone else has already said but it seems it isn't changing a thing. Confront Ed and he will hang up on you and not pick up when you try to call back. Good job, Ed. I detect zero concern for protecting our first class personal and confidential mail when we are having issues and can't get it vacation-stopped.

WOW - Circleville Post office totally sucks - ED the supervisor is unprofessional, and I guess he OWNS the US Post Office considering when I asked for his supervisor he does NOT have one. The post office keeps returning mail and hasn't even attempted to mail it. WOW is all I can say - oh wait government employees are protected - whatever - DO YOUR JOB for a change.

Been asking for 9 months for my mail to get delivered to my place I continue to have mail sent back to sender claiming bad address or no one there by that name. This is ridiculous, no wonder why these people are begging for a bailout all the time they can’t figure out how to deliver mail in a box. If I done this when drove mail truck I would have been fired or charged with tampering with mail. Get it together.

Been waiting 2 days for a package that has been on the truck for 2 days according to the tracking # Sent over night next day delivery on the 14 received in Circleville on the 15 tracking # put it on the truck on the 16 with a no later then 9 pm on that day, no package. Update by 9pm on the 17 NO PACKAGE. Called # " Fax Machine" Filed coplaint on USPS site want to bet I get a B.S. answer.

I get a fax. After about 4 rings.i have tried to cancel my po box or months..i still get charged fir it.since july. I dont need it or want it..but cant get threw to them.i would like to be refunded...its crazy that you cant get threw...get the fax number off.i want refunded...po box 441

They need to have their Phone number fixed !!! No one can get thru if they Dt pick up after 4 rings. It goes to a fax , it’s ridiculous that a post office phone doesn’t work
