Not only were they not trying to help me reroute/hold my package. They basically told me anything to get me off the phone. I was called twice to tell me the post office didn’t have the package yet and the second time I received a notification that the package was at the facility. Then I was advised to update my forwarding mail information so once they did have my package it could be forwarded (which I had to pay for) just for customer care to tell me it takes up to 10 days to process so now ultimately my package will still get delivered to the wrong address. No one tried to hold the package no one tried to call me to resolve this once the package was received at the facility. This branch and customer care have no clue about any of their policies or how to actually help people. It’s absolutely horrible

This is the absolute worst post office around, mail carrier dont care and steal packages and then workers at the location claim they delivered it by gps whatever when i literally have their driver on my ring camera delivering paper mail that doesnt even belong to me and leaving no packages, if you live in this area get your packages sent somewhere else bc its not even the porch theifs we have to worry about its our own mail carriers !!!!!

For some reason, the Clifton post office is the worse for service because they won't even acknowledge their insufficient service, lack of care of customers in line, and my God they will never pick up mail marked return to sender or no longer lives at this address which is the legal way the USPS requires mail to be marked. At this point, we all better go paperless in order to receive important items at all! Short vine staff is the laziest acting people I have ever encountered!

I have not received but 1 piece of mail since the bad snow storm. I'm wondering why I ain't getting my mail. I have been waiting on important mail. This is getting ridiculous. I even went to the post office last week and they said the mail was out for delivery but I still never got any...

We Have not been receiving our mail. We got it one day last week, and according to the mail app on my husband's phone, we are missing at least 10 pieces of mail, including our American Express bill. Tried the phone#, and it went to fax. (and they are planning to increase the price of stamps in spite of very poor service)

I called the 513-751-4384 number. It went to the fax machine. I never was able to actually contact someone at the post office. I sent a letter to the Postmaster in February 2021. No one ever called me or responded to my letter. That's why I am calling because I want a status update from someone. The mail delivery service is suspect. Packages are left outside of the mailboxes where anyone can steal the packages, even when "signature confirmation" is paid for by the sender. Please answer the phone and please respond to written communications. Thanks. NOTE: I'm not going away and will continue to call until I talk to a person.

My n my husband stimulus checks were delivered by irs to post office on March 26,2021, and I am still waiting on them to arrive. It has ridiculously long time and I was wondering how much longer I have to wait. The checks are needed desperately my n husband and I have both lost our jobs, had to sell our vechicles.

Two passport appointments canceled in a row. I don’t have any confidence that we can schedule another appointment here. Canceled the day of the appointment and left us in a bind. Terrible business and service. I just read a comment below about no longer doing passport service. Why do they allow you to schedule it then? There’s never any consequence for crappy post office or government services. Everyone gets to keep their jobs and get raises.

This place is staffed by the laziest, most apathetic people you can find. They do not wish to do their job, begrudge you for making them work. They do not knock when delivering a package, they leave no notice, they're unpleasant when you ultimately have to drive to the office to pick up the package they were paid to deliver, essentially taking money and not providing the service they're paid to do. I am not the only one that can't stand the staff here and have no choice. I hope that USPS some day maybe does something about it and gets some actually decent staff in there and fire these lazy people.

The letter carriers delivering to the property I manage have been asked many times to secure packages delivered in the key-lock parcel boxes, and then leave the keys in resident mailboxes. The letter carriers continue to disregard my requests, as soon as I walk away. Meanwhile, packages are either (1) unsecured when there are secure boxes available for the letter carrier to use, or (2) placed in the parcel boxes but keys not placed in resident mailboxes. In one instance today (1/17/17) I found parcels for three different apartments in the same parcel box, still unsecured. Our regular letter carrier is on medical leave and is rumored to be returning at the end of the month. He handles parcels in the appropriate manner and does his job very well. We plan to bake a cake in celebration of his return.
