Postal Locations

I received an email Monday Sept 30,2024, like always (USPS Informed Delivery) , it going to be delivered 6 letter, we just received 2 letter, but 3 of them, that we were waiting from the Social Security, was never delivered to my home mail box 6364 State Route 219, Celina Ohio 45822. I waited until yesterday Oct 1st 2024. The letter was extremely important wit sensitive information. You guys need to find out what happens.

I've has a small plastic package with my medication expedited. It has said my package was arriving Saturday 6.24.23 but I never recieved it.

Extremely slow, low quality service. Package as set at this post office for a week, no update on package tracking. Someting needs to be done about this.

While it does not happen often, but once is enough, I have a package that you show as being delivered, and it was not put in MY locked mail box. I also get a fair amount of my neighbors mail. If I cant stick it in the small letter slot for outgoing I have to deliver it personally. I would say you owe me for about 30 delivers over the years. I would be happy if you just find my box that you seem to think was delivered AND IT WAS NOT. tracking number shows dellivered, not to my box it wasnt . Tracking number 9400136895232912655381. It could be in box 238 or 234 but it did not make it to my 236. I got one of two boxes that were supposed to arriveplease help if you can last time this happened all i got from the PO was it shows delivered. How the heck do I prove it ws not?. Help

Yesterday I checked Mom’s mail on Deford Street. She had 5 electric bills. Luckily one was hers. Also two other pieces of mail not hers! I understand the post office is understaffed, but that’s ridiculous!

On Thursday 10/22/2020 @ 1:00pm my mail was laying on the middle of the road. It wasn’t there when I left for a walk! Why is this happening, along with getting our neighbors mail at times as well!! The carrier needs to SLOW DOWN with the deliveries, in my opinion!! We have medications that come through the mail as well. Please get this problem corrected as soon as possible.
