Post office at 2650 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, Ohio. Doesn't answer the phone and the voicemail box is full. Why do rates keep going up and the service is poor? I'm missing mail and USPS doesn't seem to care. If you need to send anything and expect it to arrive, use UPS and not USPS.

They are constantly backed up and way behind in moving packages. I've had 2 packages sitting there for 5 days right now and it still has not been sent to my local post office. I've had packages sitting there for two weeks before being sent to my local PO. This is totally unacceptable.

I've been at 1017 Garfield Ave SW for four years now. The mailbox has MY NAME ON IT -- I've been getting mail for Nigel Brown the entire time and will no longer take the effort to write, "return to sender" on the envelopes and put them back into the box for pick up. I am throwing them away from now on. Tell your guys to double check what goes in my box from now on. THANKS!

I want David Shield back
I don't know what is going on with the constant mail carriers changing, but I want and need "David Shield" back. I don't know his actual name, but that's what we called him.
He delivered last year on 31st NE (behind Walmart) and the years prior .....what have you done with my favorite mailman? I know that he is a super hero and dang it I want him back!

Why do substitute postal workers in Canton, Ohio spend their time on cell phones while delivering mail? Seems like getting the proper mail to the proper address should be the priority

Carrier decides to not deliver every week on trash day. Carrier also shows up minutes after trash pickup, so unless I'm off of work and policing the situation I don't get mail on trash days.
Never had this problem, pretty ridiculous considering many carriers are required to walk their routes. I dont understand why this carrier can't open her door and reach an extra 12 inches on tuesdays so they can complete their deliveries. I would completely understand on days the weather is bad. Its almost 50 degrees today and dry. No reason but laziness that the mail can't make it to that box.

For some reason we have the hardest time trying to get our mail stopped when we go out of town. It never works the way it’s supposed to. Don’t know where the problem is but it’s so simple to do you would think. Frustrating.

Very frustrated. I have the informed delivery app that tells me what should be coming that day and this is yet the third time I was suppose to be getting something with my name on that says confidential on it that has not actually been delivered to ME. I don’t know who they’re being delivered to, but they’re not coming to me. Yet the mailman can deliver every one else’s mail to my house who doesn’t live here. There’s also multiple packages we’ve been waiting on for MONTHS that say have been delivered and aren’t here. Get it together there’s important mail being lost and not delivered to me. I lost my insurance because they claimed they sent me a letter in the mail TWICE that never made it to ME. I’m not interested in other peoples mail being delivered to me but it’s be great if my mail actually got delivered to me.

YOU CARRIER FORGOT TO DROP OFF MY PACKAGE HE PICKED UP HERE BUT MARKED MY DELIVERY AS UNDELIVERABLE. I WAS HERE AND TALKED TO HIM. NOT ACCEPTABLE, AND NOW NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE.

I take it humans do not work at the post office anymore? It's impossible to speak to anyone or to get someone to pick up a phone! Customer service? There is no such thing. Just worthless recordings. You tell me the stamps I ordered to be delivered to my home are at the local post office. Local post office says they don't have them; they're just a retail outlet. They give me the number for the main post office here and no one will pick up the phone.

The three packages that were mailed at the same time on Friday last week, one arrived on Monday, the 2nd on Tuesday, the 3rd has not arrived. Tomorrow will be a week since it was mailed. Where is my package?

Please address your mail carriers about the confidentiality of your customers. I ran into my mailman in a public area where he was off the clock, and he proceeded to state my name, where i live, and my personal information. There were people around, close enough to where they could hear him very clearly. I do know that there is a policy about this, and that it needs to be readdressed to your mail carriers. Thank you.

I am concerned about the welfare of my delivery person. I live at 1811 42nd St NW between Cleveland Ave and Steese. The person must walk my road (has for sometime now) to deliver. There are no sidewalks so they must use the street. Today was a good example of my concern about their safety. Walking East back to their truck on the slippery road with numerous cars passing him. The plow just now went down the road at 5:05 p.m. I feel the summer heat is dangerous also. Sometimes subs are seen walking back down the street after dark. Not safe! Please allow them to drive the route again at least several houses at a time. Thank you, a concerned citizen.

I appreciate having my mail delivered. However tonight when I went to get my mail it was on the ground.Had I not gone out I would have never seen it.I have had problems with getting other people’s mail that is maybe a sreet over.the mail service has really gone down hill. There is no normal time line as to when it comes either.I know it wasn’t kids that did this because I had the mail from the day before in my mailbox.I have no dogs so the Carrier was not scared away.I had important mail that was laying on the ground. I hope you check better on your employees as some important papers still come in the mail and not on the internet.

I went to this post office, because the post office I went to before that said I needed to go to the main one (Cleveland ave), however, I get there wait in line for 1/2 an hour just to be told by the worker there wasn't much he could do for me. The guy was very rude, pretty much just made me feel like I wasting his & everybody else's time. I was trying to get my grand babies Xmas gifts sent out, but unfortunately he was of NO HELP to me. Meanwhile, I was trying to buy a box to send the items but he was more occupied about what they were going to do because a couple of people were leaving to lunch....UNREAL!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Are the workers aware that its almost Xmas? A smile will never hurt anyone:(

I want to comment on the outstanding service of Timothy (Kuhn) I'm not sure if that is how you spell his last name. My sister and I went to the Cleveland Ave. Post office this morning to turn in our passport information. Timothy was not only experienced and helpful, he was also a joy to work with.
I hope this is read by his supervisor, because you have a great employee in Tim.
Thank you,
Penny Hamilton
