This is the second time a package was left in the mailbox without being signed for. I wrote to the postmaster after the first incident but received no response. What does one have to do to get mail carriers to do their job?

I am either not receiving mail (for example The New Yorker Magazine and other mag subscriptions) or finding they are being delivered to the wrong address. Similarly, I am receiving email that should be going to other people but is ending up in my mailbox. I am putting that mail back in my box and drawing attention to the correct address; however, I am VERY concerned that I am missing important mail such as bills, payments etc I know that the USPS has been taxed due to Covid and that mail is taking longer to process etc However, these are delivery errors that should not be consistently happening and have been happening regularly over the past two months especially. Please advise, and I hope correct the problem. The US Postal Service has always been an institution worthy of my trust. I want to know I'm not missing important mail and/or magazine subscriptions that I pay for as an educator. Thank you.

BG & Haskins are, quite literally, the absolute worst Post Offices in the entire state, if not country. I will be filing a claim & a complaint, after 2 years I am done dealing with the negligence & incompetence of the people working there.

Hi! I was supposed to have a package delivered to a friend in November, never arrived, have been trying to reach someone since, Just got a notification that some tried to deliver but no one was home (unlikely right now). WHat is going on and can my package please just be delivered! It was supposed to be a christmas gift and cost me over $200!

I had a pkg or parcel that was supposed to have been here the week before Christmas . I never received it so I had the office that sent it to send another one certified , returned receipt requested , and according to them and according to the Web Site at USPS. It should have arrived today . It did not arrive today.

I have told the mail carrier to please leave packages at my address and not in Stadium View office, I have a note as such taped on my mail box as such. Thank you

We have tried for 2 years now to get the postal delivery person to close our mailbox. We have left notes in our mailbox at least 100 times, and called the Bowling Green, Ohio post office at least 3 times to let them know about this problem. But STILL our mailbox on the road IS OPEN when I go out to get the mail. Today it was raining and our mail was SOAKED AGAIN! Almost every time it rains, our mail is soaked and almost unreadable. Other times, we have had our neighbors bring us our mail because it blew out and landed in their yard. I wonder how many pieces of mail we never received because of the carelessness of the mail carrier......~~~~~~ I do believe the mail carriers receive MORE than minimum wage, correct? Then let them EARN their money!!! VERY dissatisfied customer!!!

You must live in the "Bird" Streets. Our mail carrier seems to have the same problem. I don't even have to check my mailbox when I come home anymore. I just have to see the door hanging open to know I got mail. What's worse is when its hanging open and nothing is in it because I know mail was delivered and the wind has taken it somewhere. How hard is it to close a mailbox?
