Your phone system stinks! Just answer the phone. We don’t know your people to enter their personal number. When the voice says if you don’t know their number just hit zero zero. Once you do that it once again asks you to put in the their personal number. Then zero zero again . Endless loop!

I won't give a review , I'd get banned, What I would like to know why is it that we only get our mail when the mail person feels like delivering it? This is Monday the 9th , not a holiday, just Monday. so how about making the postal delivery person work next Monday which I believe is an actual holiday . This happens all of the time. I know my daughter worked at delivering mail at the lakes and sometimes she didn't get home until 7 pm. so what's going on ? My daughter loved the job until she figured out that they used her all the time. She put in for Saturday work and holiday times. but the next thing she knew she was working everyday on top of going to work at her regular job at Honda. Even was late a few times after telling the post office she'd cover for people that continued to miss work but had to stop at such and such time so she could make it to work . I know everyone is short handed because people got lazy staying home to work but I'm sure there are people that would work if they weren't disrespected, and used. I'm glad my daughter quit the job even tho she made quite a few friends doing it. IT TAKES RESPECT TO KEEP HELP . I'd love the the job if I knew my way around , and wasn't old. I just want my mail delivered so my bills aren't late. I read the comments on the postal inspectors site and it looks like I'm not the only person that doesn't get their mail.

I live at 340 Belle Meadows Drive, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311 and have not received mail all week, I know I have a couple important things coming and when they were sent, I realize all businesses are dealing with help shortages but I always had mail daily whether it was junk or not. Can someone please check on this, I know there have been other complaints. Thanks and I apologize if this sounds rude, but again, I have important things coming that I know should have been delivered by now.

I was at the post office before 4:15 & the line was outside the enclosed area. There were about 3-4 customers inside & about 5 out in the lobby area waiting, socialy distant. Then about 4:20 an employee came out & said they were closing. We said we were there before closing time & she said she was sorry but they were closing. They only had one clerk working so I understand they were busy, but they were to be open until 4:30 and they should have allowed those in line to be waited on. I just think that was not good customer service.

What Does Paper Recycling Mean to the Postal Service? The Postal Service is responsible for managing waste from mail that cannot be delivered and mail that PO Box customers discard in our facilities. When USM and DLM are discarded, they become part of our waste stream and add to our disposal costs. USM and DLM can be turned into a revenue source, if recycled. Recycling these materials promotes the sustainable reuse of natural resources, prevents pollution, and reduces waste. PO Box customers can help the USPS make significant reductions in solid waste disposal costs by recycling their mail. The Postal Service meets our customer’s environmental expectations by offering recycling right in the lobby. Specially designed secure recycling containers are available through the Topeka Materials Distribution Center for use in Post Office™ lobbies.

I live at the Brookestone apartments. We usually have 3 different people now who deliver to us. And one, the woman doesn't go up the stairs. Instead takes it back to the post office if I just ring her up. She won't come up. But the other people do. Laziness? She also has a horrible attitude usually.

I have been receiving our neighbors mail and our neighbor has been receiving my mail. I have had a different mail person most days. Mail has been coming at different times during the day also. 133 North Stanley st Bellefontaine
