I had been trying to chase down my package for hour's! For 3 day's. I finally called this Barberton office and was informed that my package was returned there and is now going back to the Akron plant to have the new address put on it. I'm thankful for the man who was able to answer because he was waiting for carriers to return. I don't remember your name. Thank you. I can finally put my mind at ease.

No mail for 2 days. Expecting monthly bills and the streets are clear, the mail box is clear, There is no excuse. The phone is recorded and does not help. The automation doesn't recognize any response. How convenient for them. No way to send complaints. How absolutely ridiculous for older folks. Hope you aren't ecpecting anything important or sending anything important.

Our mail gets delivered to the next door neighbors' on either side, the next street over, or way across town. We get mail for neighbors, and for addresses that bear no resemblance to our address. We never have a letter-carrier for more than a few weeks before there is someone new. What is going on?

Twice now we got no mail once in May and again on June 7,2019. But both time I had a letter to be picked up and the mail person just didn't even come to our box and they are supposed to come up to our box no matter cause we are last house on this route and they are suppose to scan the bar code to show they completed the route. But guess that means they are still working (right) LOL. And yesterday they even drove by when they were leaving. Thank you. One up set customer. On another note we get wrong mail all lot.

I’m looking for a package that was delivered it was delivered to the wrong house while the postal carrier would deliver my mail with my name to the wrong address even though They had the north east and north west mixed up very concerned and I’m still looking for my package for some reason the postal carrier cannot get the names correct we’ve been living at this address for 3+ years

I think your mail carrier is just a thief. I live on 15th Street and get all my packages. My mail lady is really nice and when she is working nothing is screwed up. Only time stuff gets screwed up is when someone is filling in for her. I think we should go and file complaints with the higher ups about people at this location.

This post office has screwed up 3 of my orders in the last year. Today was another screw up by them or the delivery/post man is just a theif. Said my package was in route yesterday for delivery 4/3/14 @ 2:23 pm. The package was never delivered, so I check today and it still said "In Route" and that was @9am. I check back at 12 and it said the package was delivered 4/3/14. I never recieved a package any where. This is the 3rd time this has happened and it has also happened to my neighbors. This location is horrible and I wish I was able to have a different location deliver my mail. Amazon is nice enough to reship the items next day Saturday so hopefully I will have them tomorrow since they wont be touched by the wonderfull Barbertucky USPS.
