On Sat. 7/23/22 I sent a letter via registered mail from the Avon Post Office. Today is Aug 5, 2022 and the letter has yet to be delivered and the tracking has not progressed beyond the Cleveland distribution center. I have spoken to the Postmaster on several occasions, concerning this, with unsatisfactory results. Customer service not a strong point there.

Today is Monday 12-7-20. I have not had any mail delivered since last week on Thursday, 12-3-20! I have called the Avon Post Office more than half a dozen times, but no one EVER answers! The phone rings and rings, and then it hangs up! It is UNACCEPTABLE that no one answers the phone at a Post Office! Three tracked packages were supposed to arrive at my home last week, but no tracking updates have been entered by the other Post Offices (in OH and other states) since November 29th., and December 2nd.! That is also UNACCEPTABLE for Post Offices!
