Address at 3227 Lindale Mt. Holly Rd Ronald Ayer and Julia Friedhoff have some difficulty get their mail delivered to their address. Our neighbors on each side get our mail far too frequently. We also get our neighbors mail as well. Is it to much to ask for the carrier to pay closer attention when delivering. Just had neighbor's son come over with a whole stack of our mail. We have been far too patient. Please address this problem.

Mailed an oversized birthday card going to Louisville, Ky. Went into post office to make sure to pay extra. It has been 3 weeks and this card was never received. I had a return address on card. So, do people keep these type cards to see if gift cards are inside??

Called 50+ times with no answer. Returned my mail to sender for no reason and can’t speak to anyone to find out why.

Today's mail carrier told me " Just leave your packages in front of your door and I'll be back in a few minutes" (that's Verbatim what he said) which I was very uncomfortable with but did. He Never picked them up! I work online and this is how I pay my bills, and the 1 box and 1 package contain products worth over $450. What if I'd not gone to check my mail? They would've been gone, thanks to him. I'll Never put Any packages in front of my door ever again! That in itself, is a bad "policy" and what happened today is unacceptable. As much as I dislike sending this, I'm doing it in the hope that it'll never happen again.

I love how FAST my packages get to the delivery office but once there I never know sometimes if they will deliver that day once arrived because it will just say “ARRIVED AT DELIVERY OFFICE” but some just never say “OUT FOR DELIVERY” like everyone wating on A package LOVES to see... so I feel like between COVID bull💩 And not knowing when my package will deliver (other than the older snooty lad with the short hair always being rude when talking to people I just have those 2 issues with this post office. My packages will even scan in EARLY to where they should load the truck for delivery THAT DAY.... it’s just so disappointing if they don’t deliver that day and end up Getting randomly lost or delivered a couple days later randomly.... it’s just a little frustrating but if those things were to change I’d rate it at 5/5 but right now it’s a generous 3.5/5.... I’d love to LOVE my post office as much as I love my delivery mailman. He’s AWESOME! So cool and down to earth. Love people like that!

I check my mail when I got home around 1pm on Monday 1/13/2020. and their were no mail. I walked up to the mail box and check the mail again 3:45 pm and I had mail. The mail was soak and wet. No rain today so I wonder why was the mail soak and wet. I also received a $10,000 check in the mail which I should of got Saturday. Dated 1/8/2020. Now just hope that the check is not damage from being soaked. I might of had some of my mail including the check that was left in some one else's mail box from over the weekend. Because it did rain over the weekend. Because I did not get my Saturday mail out of my mail box until Sunday and the mail on Sunday was soak and wet because my mail box was left open. We have even received mail that was addressed to a different street. Seem like the best mail person was an older lady that retire a few years ago. Dunham Rd Amelia Ohio concern customer
