I live on Park Hill Ave. in a 3 family house. We have not received any mail for three days. This has occurred with relative frequency. When the mail is finally delivered, based on the volume of mail in each of our boxes, it is evident that the carrier failed to deliver the mail. Isn't this a breach of service? If a carrier is off, shouldn't someone else cover his/her route? Unacceptable.

Waited on a package that was suppose to be delivered by 12 yesterday. Waited all day it stated was processed in Newburgh, NY at 7:59 AM . All day into the night it said the same thing. Around midnight I checked to see if it was ever received in White Plains... The tracking states it got to Yonkers at 11:54 AM and was delivered at 11:55 and was delivered. It was never shown to go through White Plains or any plant in NYC close to Yonkers. Packages do not go from Newburgh straight to Yonkers. I received nothing and it would be impossible to get here in one minute if it was in Yonkers. The number here either just rings and rings or you get a sound like a fax machine. The postal service should have a carrier supervisor phone number listed or some number where a human can be spoken to. I'm not happy and if the carrier does not have my package someone needs to be fired. Oh, I forgot it said signature was waived. Uh, no! I was suppose to sign for it who gave permission to waive my signature???
