I work for FedEx. I have gone into the Whitney Point Post Office several times as a customer and I would just like to say, if I treated a customer like these people do with sorry ass attitudes, I would not be employed. Think it's time for someone to resolve this issue.

The older woman that normally works when I drop off or pick up packages is always rude and has a terrible attitude. Maybe such a sour puss shouldn't be working in customer service.

Every time I go in there I get no help with what I’m trying to do. They are rude and have messed up my mailing several times. But when you ask them about stuff or try to get an issue resolved they always have an excuse. I would file a complaint but in a small town the little government officials act like entitled bosses. This place needs a lesson on customer service.

I live on a rural road outside of Whitney point NY. I inquired about having my mail box at the end of my driveway instead of being on RT 26 about a quarter mile away. I first inquired about a year ago with the former supervisor, and again recently ( first of the year) with Tim, the current supervisor. Mike ( Former manager) had told me it was approved and to wait until after Christmas holidays and then Tim took over and he stated more reasons why it could not happen, we discussed and he stated that it was possible. Every time I call back and speak to Tim I am told to wait another week. I called in recently and Tim was not in. I got the name of his supervisor , I called that number for Michelle Krual and left a message about two weeks ago and did not get a return call. I called again today and had to leave a message again. I live on a road with four houses on it. It is a public rd. It used to be a private road that was basically a trailer park. The trailers have been removed and all the land is privately owned. To my knowledge this is the only side road off of Rt 26 in this area that does not have mail delivery. I would like a resolution to this issue. Phone # 607-644-5661 Thank you
