I mailed a package overnight and it was received at West Point post office on Monday morning. One week later and Cadet still has not received notification of a package! Cadet has visited post office to receive another package but not the one mailed express. Refund is impossible because tracking information says it was delivered.... delivered to a post office NOT the designated recipient. This is so infuriating!!!!

This post office is severely mismanaged. Packages that have arrived over a week ago for thousands of cadets are back-logged. Staff workers say that they are up to three weeks delayed, however the reality is that we will likely not see these packages for a month. This is a recurrent issue at the start of every academic year here, and it gets continually worse. PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE. I - not a postal service expert - can offer intuitive suggestions to fix this problem. This post office is severely devoid of leadership and work ethic.

Can a cadet have their PO Box mail forwarded during this COVID19 isolation period?
