Postal Locations

The staff members at this post office are super aggressive. one started barking orders and telling me and my family to stand by the escalator when I told him to relax he continue to bark orders and say tell he told us 5 times. Please do something about training your staff in better hospitality. This is not the first time that I had to deal with very aggressive staff members at this post office. Very sad to see this Has to be the worst post office I’ve ever been to.

Absolute rudest staff I have ever experienced at a post office, nothing but "its not my problem" and rudeness from every angle..... I use my local post office frequently because I have an online business, and I always am organized and have my labels on my packages ready to go. I don't look forward to going to the post office here but sometimes I have no choice due to time of day. I can only image how someone is treated that actually needs help....

I felt like I was awaiting in a jail cell ! The representatives must have thought they worked for a prison they way they demand you take a seat and look at you if you are not obedient. I have a very bad back and sat to fill out application but did not want to sit any more. It wasn't as if I was standing at the desk looming over them, I was standing in front of a chair. They are very intimidating. I doubt no one will do anything with this but in my line of business I listen and vet all feedback. Now I am afraid to ask how much the picture fee is !!!! Should I be made to feel this way?
