Hello: A couple of weeks ago, I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. My wife is house bound. Once out of the hospital, I started to wait for important meds that are delivered by mail. This morning, I went to the Victor post office to see if by chance they were there. They were there, to my relief. Along with the meds was a pile of held mail delivered with a lecture from the clerk about how they need to know if we will not be getting our mail at the street mail box for more than 10 days! She was quite emphatic about this! I calmly told her about why I did not pick up the mail...and received the bulk of the lecture from her again....all in front of about 8 people. I'm not looking for an apology and there is no need to discipline the clerk. I do think you need to make a change as to how you inform folks of the rule. A sign posted on the wall maybe or a typed note included with the pile of mail. Don't make assumptions as to why someone did not pick up their mail. You don't know their circumstances! NOTE: There was no notice of held mail in our mail box! Regards Bob

We have placed numerous complaint, our residents have placed numerous complaints for months. Nothing has been done and we are still having issues. The post master was extremely rude to one of our residents and made them feel like their problem was obsolete. Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong apartments or not at all.

I have a hard time getting my mail. There was a phone book jammed in and I get so frustrated with having everyone else's mail I just don't pick it up sometimes. So in return for a jammed mail box and my lack of picking my mail up you return to senders with out notifying me that you are going to. This Mail person is very rude. Please start delivering my mail ....

STOP CRAMMING PACKAGES IN MY MAILBOX. I HAD TO RETURN A 200 DOLLAR PAPER BACK TEXT BOOK - TWICE - AS WELL AS FRAGILE PHOTO PACKAGES DUE TO IT BEING DAMAGED BY CRAMMING IT IN THE MAILBOX. GET OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE AND LEAVE THE PACKAGES AT THE DOOR.
