Absolutely terrible. Never take mail from my mailbox to be mailed, packages have come damaged - stuffed into mailbox.

By far, the worst. They are not able to have 2 people working the front desk. Line out the door. Risk of infection. Time and Time again.

The employees at the office are always polite, friendly and professional. I haven't had any problems with mail delivery to Parkside Drive, and my mail carrier, Tony, seems reliable and friendly.

I have a post office box #45 for a long time where I pick up my mail. But I also receive mail at my home. For certain things I need a physical address and I never had a problem. However the carrier has not delivered mail at my home for the past week except for Thursday after I called the post office and complained nicely. But Friday and Saturday not. I was told it is a new carrier. Also the mail that should be delivered to my home 232 Haverstraw, Suffern was together with mail at box 45. On Saturday morning I mentioned the problem again. My mailbox at home is next to my neighbors box on the same post. Why is this guy not delivering my mail? I need my mail addressed p.o.box 45 to be put there and the mail addressed to 232 Haverstraw Rd. delivered there. I never had a problem in all these years. My mailbox at home is properly marked. Please attend to this problem. Thank you, R. Ley

I live on Vermeer ct. in suffern. I have had mail in my box since 11/10/17 and it has not been picked up as of 11/13/17. Is there a different delivery/pickup schedual in effect? I've noticed missed pickups in the past from time to time. L.R.

Is there a reason why my postal service has not been happening this past couple of days? I have a letter waiting for mail in my box since Saturday?
