Your Male Employee (Indian guy) at the Customer Service Window Was Very Rude And Unprofessional. Yelling And Screaming At The Window With A Line Of Customers Behind. During This Time We Shoudnt Have To Accept Such Behavior From Workers Here To Help. I Was Not Rude & I Didnt Deserve That. There Should Be Some Type Of Consequence For Government Employees Being Unprofessional In The Work Place To Customers

I live on 654 Seaview Ave, Staten Island 10305. Our area is now served by a super professional mailman, Jeff. Before, he started working in our area, we received mail, and sometimes even packages for the wrong adresses. Jeff does his job perfectly. I ship a lot of packages, Jeff always picks them up, scans them, and all my customers see the movement of their orders right away. Every year I spend, more than 20 thousands dollars with USPS shipping, but other mailmen don't care about my shipping. Jeff shows the highest standard of USPS work and management should look at him as an example of what new employees should be like. The BAD news is that you want to remove him from our area, a very UNPROFESSIONAL management decision. Being a USPS customer I am NOT happy with these changes. Please, look into my opinion and insight before I change the shipping carrier. Thank you.

Hello yes I want to put in a complaint about my mail service at 181 Gordon Street apt 3F I have the app on my phone that shows what is being delivered on that day. And whoever is the mailman for this building don't come everyday or late at night around 7pm on 11/26 I had a e-mail showing me my mail and didn't receive mail at all on this date and this is not the first time. This happens to much. Please see that the mailman is delivering mail here. Thank you
