The short bald and bearded manager is an alcoholic who needs to have his pension taken away immediately. He's a habitual liar thug who threatens violence without a second thought. The upper management is clueless if they can't figure out this man is a habitual liar drunk. There is alcohol on his breath every day of the week.

The hartsdale post office at 441 Central Park Avenue, Scarsdale New York. I've had a post office box for many years. And never had a problem. After a rude altercation with the front desk person. My Walmart orders are not accepted and were returned three times. My coupons from a department store were stolen. And I feel that the post office box has gone up so much it is ridiculous to pay to be abused. I'm tired of people there sucking their teeth and rolling their eyes. I will not deal with nasty disgusting individuals. I think that don't like white people! And it's very true they are nice to the people of color and wish them a good morning or afternoon but when a white person comes to the front desk and we say good morning or afternoon they don't even look at us. So you be the judge don't take my word for it!

Supervisor is on video threatening someone who was taking a picture of the outside of the building. He needs to be fired immediately.

Witnessed a video published 15 July by ELY who gad an interaction with the supervisor who was very gangster and reportedly smelled lijed alcohol? WTH. His personal locker/desk needs to be inspected for alcohol on the job. Come on USPS, do better!

This is the WORST post office I've ever been to. There is a clerk by the name of Crystal who wears glasses and long box braids who tried to physically assault me for asking to speak to a manager. Since she is still working there, I see why she behaves the way she does. It's clear that she can almost physically assault a customer and the union will find a way to justify it. The DMV employees are angels compared to her. It's sad that Hartsdale, a high paying tax town in one of the wealthiest counties in the state of NY, has an employee like her. Stay away from this post office, go to the regular Scarsdale post office instead.

This is the WORST Post Office I've ever been to. The clerks always look stiff and sullen, and provide poor customer services. I complained about misdelivery and nondelivery of letters, and they said the manager would contact me; however, nobody ever did. Every time I go there, the clerks harass me as the black women (a window clerk) told me to bring the letter outside and put it in the mailbox by myself after I purchased stamps from her for a letter. She and another window clerk were snickering as I passed. I did not know Post Office hire racial discriminators.

I re ordered a box key on 6/19/21. I went to the post office after 3 weeks and they did not have it. They said someone would contact me and they never did I have tried calling for 3 weeks and no one answers the phone. This is unacceptable and poor customer service I expect to get a phone call or some type of communication regarding my new key order clerk # 03

I mailed 15 Christmas cards from a PO Box on 12/14, and it is now Christmas and not one recipient has received. Most of the cards were being sent to NYC and Rockland. It should not have taken this amount of time. Extremely poor service!

I received a notice for special delivery letter on 31020. I signed and put in my mail slot. It is now 31420 and I still did not receive mail. I don't want to go to my local post office because I work in supreme court and there have been 3 possible exposures to coronavirus. Will I ever get my special delivery? Confirmation number CAR99524974. Local office doesn't answer phone 9144727164. Can't track because tracking number is on form I signed and returned to po. All I have is confirmation number which seems useless when using your tracking system. I'm very frustrated.

I and several neighbors at 59 Fieldstone Drive, Hartsdale, 10530 have not received any mail in over a week. We are very concerned.

I am trying to locate my package which was supposed to be delivered 4/19/2019. 60 Morrow Avenue Apt. 7NS Scarsdale, NY 10583 Will my package be delivered Saturday 4/20/2019?

Seems to me, at 44 Old Army Rd. my mail is delivered every other day and when it is delivered I receive mail destined for other addresses.

This is the best Post Office! The clerks are very nice, helpful and efficient. Although I live in Riverdale, Bronx, I go to the Hartsdale P.O. on Central Avenue because of positive experiences every time I visit. I had Clerk #11 (a very pleasant young man).
