I search following parcel: AS740823865CN sending with Chinapost - delivered at 18.12.2021. Could you write me please what is happened with this parcel. Is it at your Postoffice or did you delivery it to another customer. I ordered the parcel over Aliexpress at a seller calling Ly Motion Store. I personaly live in Austria. Postal service refuses to ring the doorbell or knock on the door for a signature required package. Keeps happening multiple times. Each time they say to call ahead of the me before the delivery and then they will try. All there is available for a contact number is the 1-800 number. Unacceptable. This needs to stop. Happened at 1:43 on 3/6/21. Postal service in St. Johnsville is not making them even attempt when asked person. Someone is still home!
