Postal supervisor would not take any information about two lost parcels that contained checks for paying bills.Told me there was nothing he could do.Is that true?

I have been advised by my condo manager that there is a 3 week lag in the delivery of all mail. Why is there such a lag? Thank you for your assistance.

Why did you you change the drive by mail boxes? We happen to have a handicap and drive by was most convenient! Also what about inclement weather! Was anyone thinking about us the patrons of over 50 years and the inconvenience this causes! Not a good move!

Delivery of mail is never consistent. One day we get mail by 3 pm other times it is closer to 4 pm and sometimes not until after 5. Very bad service. Make several trips to mailbox to find out mail has not been delivered.
