The service has been awful. I live in a complex. My mail is stuck halfway in the mail slot. Sometimes found on the ground. I receive other people's mail. The store flyers are hit or miss in being delivered. The complex has numerous mail carriers. Never the same one.

Terrible postal carrier on Woodland st in Ronkonkoma, Postmaster could not have cared less when we called to address it and made excuses. When we called to question why notes about blocking our (unblocked mailbox) were being left, we also mentioned that carrier speeds and makes illegal u-turns, postmaster's response was to question us why we didn't call about that earlier, to insinuate that the call was retaliatory, when in actuality the notes being left was the last straw...I don't have time to complain about nonsense. Ronkonkoma carrier and Postmaster AND Angela in the post office are pathetic, unprofessional and rude.

In many occasions I saw the mail carrier drove into my circular driveway which is unnecessary at least a couple time every week. And he drove very fast, I have kids at home and some time they are in the driveway This isn’t safe and unprofessional. Please have them stop.

We are in our home nearly 4 years and continue to get letters for previous occupants (at least 5-6 different recipients who have not lived here in several years) on a nearly daily basis. I have left the carrier detailed notes requesting that she does not deliver mail addressed to anyone but me and my wife at least 5 times since we've been here and we still receive these letters regularly. Sometimes it is very official looking mail that i am not comfortable being responsible for. Please feel free to contact for specifics on my address and the acceptable addressees.
