Postal Locations

I just called about mail not being delivered and was told it was because the community mailbox was accessible. This is actually not true because I have walked to it without any complications for days now. There are two driveways to this mailbox. One is not shoveled out while the other is. They simply refuse to to use the other driveway and were very rude to let me know this. Besides being back up on regular mail, I am expecting an important package today and asked it to be dropped off at my door. Again, was rudely told no. When asked why we weren't notified, was not given an appropriate response.
