I recently ordered an item off online. It shows that it was received by Rome ny post office at 2:52 am today. For some odd reason it was then sent to Camden ny post office and was received by 8:17 am. I live in Rome. I could have had my package today. I’m not sure why it was sent elsewhere instead of being delivered.

Hours listed at Rome Post Office are Saturday until 12:30. I called 5 times between 11 and 12:30 and it rang 15 times and no one picked up

This is getting RIDICULOUS...been waiting over 2 weeks for an important mail package to arrive that has to go to my bank. My mailman is usually here at 10-11 am everyday and now it's 6:30-7pm and later and BANKS ARE NOT OPEN THIS LATE!! WHAT GIVES?!? UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

I recently mailed a letter to 609 Basille Ave in Rome and it was sent back stating that “No Such Street” exists. I am certain the street exists, it is between 4th St & 5th St!! I feel that this letter should’ve been delivered and I don’t believe that I should need to pay postage again on the same letter that was not delivered due to a post office error

Hi I am Cynthia DePiano and I live at 606, Beech St, Rome NY 13440. I have not received a couple of my monthly bills and other mail that I should have received by now. My neighbor at 604 Beech St is away visiting relatives and I’m wondering if my mail is mistakenly being held.

Wonderful service in locating a miss delivered package. I recieved a text that a package was delivered but could not be found apon inspecting the other mailboxes in my building. When I called they quickly checked with the delivery person and informed me it was possibly dropped in front of a door in the adjacent building (which being upstairs I hadn't checked). Quickly there found with the help of the person over the phone.

I must be at end of delivery route. Just saw carrier drive by my home and a couple more blocks before turning toward post office. Seems to be happening quite a bit. I'm sure he will bring tomarrow, maybe,. but waiting for something important. I suggest either add the end of his route or someone little quicker. No disrespect to anyone. Just saying ( :

My name is similar to my neighbors name and I get their mail along with my own, but today beats everything, I found three packages addressed to other people addresses. I will be returning them directly to the postmaster tomorrow along with the observation that our mailman cannot read.
