Postal Locations

This place is a piece of work. What's the point of picking up the phone and hanging up? I've called 16 times in the past 3 weeks and no one seems to care.

My mail is not being delivered! This has been getting worse, to the point that I am not getting any mail, contacting the Supervisor does nothing!

Checking on package that was supposed to be delivered delivered Friday the 2nd message on my phone says they tried to deliver at 8:05 p.m. and left a note no note in mailbox or on door don't know what to do tried to call the number at Westgate Plaza Howard Road Rochester New York no one answers what should I do

Package pickup scheduled for yesterday was not picked up and has not been picked up today. Also, mail was not received yesterday or today. Local PO and 800 # are useless as no one answers... "wait time is over one hour" ..... What's the problem USPS? Why have my packages not been picked up and where is my mail?????

No mail service for 2 days and no answering of your phone. Get your act together!!

Why have a phone number if yall dont answer it...

The person delivering mail to 18 Scenic Circle has problems... He keeps on putting the mail at the wrong house number... He seems preoccupied with his cell phone talking to someone everyday I see him... He never heard of hands free use either...

Says the number listed is not a working number.

First, I tried contacting USPS on the general number. After being in the prompts for 4 minutes, I was told by an automated operator that the wait time was over 1 hour. Found the number for the Westgate branch. I have been letting the number ring for over two minutes and no one is picking up, no voice mail either. Got a certified letter at my house for the former owner. Rather than having to go to the PO to notify them as a courtesy to the former home owner, I wished to call and notify someone by phone. When you go in person, they tell you to make an appointment by phone  for passport.
They don't answer the phone so you can never set up an appointment.
