The postmaster provided a level of customer service that I thought no longer existed. Above and beyond. Thank you Don.

they do not answer their phones, no matter what time of day, now, i am listening to it ring until it doesn't and i have to call back. then John answered and said he was on the phone and lets it ring. what about other employees answering it. no they are dealing with mail, unfortunately ma'am that's how it is! Terrible post office. Unable to deliver packages with any degree of reliability. I constantly have to track down packages even very large ones that can’t possibly fit in the mailbox. Postal service will not come to my house. Contrary to their commercial they do not go the extra mile, or half mile. Infuriating to deal with.

Please steer clear of this branch as the employees are unprofessional and mean-spirited. The person responsible for handling passport appointments took her 1-hour break during the time there were 5 15-minute pre-scheduled appointments that required her presence. When seeking understanding about when or if our confirmed appointments would continue, the post office staff replied with only condescending, aggressive, rude, and demeaning interactions.

I'm writing again about my mail being thrown on the ground! I have gone through great lengths to get a key keeper so that the carrier would be able to access our mailbox inside. It is unacceptable for our mail to be treated like trash. This occurred on Saturday February 15th 2020. My address is 18 Butler St 11231 Please speak to the carrier and let them know that is inappropriate and they wouldn't approve of it either. Thank you Lea Hyatt 347-625-1186
