Just watched your driver come down a narrow side street where kids play outside often, doing at least 45 while her head was down looking directly into her phone. Please stress with your driver's that this is inappropriate and dangerous.

The lack of professionalism, communication, and the rudeness of the Oneonta post office employees is extremely frightening for people in federal positions. I've lived in a handful of cities and never have I dealt with the bitterness, pettiness, and just downright lack of professionalism from any other office.

So...today 100% of my mail, delivered to my home in The west end of Oneonta, was for the neighbors. Usually only 1 or 2 pieces that we have to re deliver ourselves. Please, please make sorting and confirming addresses a priority. You are the US post office.

I am not happy with this post office.or mail carrier.often my payments to NYSEG and Chase do not get there.I get mail that is not mine delivered.missing bank statements and retirement statements.had coins missing that i mailed through them.Ive complained was asked to leave.Worst post office ever

THE ONEONTA POST OFFICE HANDLES THEIR PACKAGES POORLY. EVERY FRAGILE ITEM I GET SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE ARRIVES SQUISHED, SHATTERED, OR BENT. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO HAVE A COMPANY SEND ME AN ITEM 3 TIMES BEFORE IT ARRIVES IN ONE PIECE.
