I get everyone else's mail but my own. My name is clearly on the box for all too where is my mail?

I don’t understand how hard it is to deliver a package. You couldn’t find our mailbox but you can find it every other day to put our mail in? Same reason why you guys give the excuse for animal interference for a spider….. we pay extra for expedited shipping. Not only that but we were currently home when the package was “attempted” to be delivered at 4:00 pm. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this issue.

so I broke my foot and I have Mail in Oneida... what happens now? I have surgery tomorrow and hope this is no issue and I paid forward for a P.O. Box and believe to be good till the first of the year ... Let a brother know, Alex "

Please - is there postal delivery on the Oneida Territory? I used to address correspondence with individual and family names, Oneida Indian Territory, Oneida, NY 13421; and now it is being returned to me as "Not Deliverable as addressed - unable to forward." Please clarify. Thank you. Rev. HHThompson

Every since the Oneida Post Office started sorting mail for delivery to residences in Sherrill, NY, the deliveries have been made to wrong addresses. When certified mail is delivered, the postal carrier places a card stating that the person was not home. I was sitting in my car in my driveway when I received a certified letter, the postal carrier walk by me and made no attempt to have sign for the certified letter. I recently purchase a rental property in Sherrill, NY only to have the Oneida Post Office hold all mail for the property, I have spoken to them on several occasions to have the mail in the name of the tenants delivered to the address, how long must this be done and when will the issues mentioned be corrected?

Every time I try to conduct business at this post office they're chit chatting about personal events. I'm a cusromer. I expect to be greeted when I walk up to the counter. I had to bang on the counter to get them to shut up and take care of the person standing in front of them. We the customer pay their outlandish salary through redicykously high postage rates. I expect to get outlandish service. I should NOT be treated as if I bothered them.
