I've used this Post Office for 30+ Years with varying degrees of helpfulness but the employees have always helped. I haven't been treated rudely. Ive seen rude, self centered, tyrannical & bizarre customers among the rest... Perhaps some who've commented are simply projecting what they are and know. Personally I've been clueless regarding certified letter tags and how to use them. I've gotten a "look" once or twice followed by help from them. Always. What I've noticed that is that they've always been understaffed. If you can't be 2 places at once and one of those places is at a phone... You can't blame the employee. Poop rolls downhill. Look uphill if you're looking for an "Ass". (A Jackass.)

I ordered a pair of shoes from foot locker, which was sent through USPS in NY to come to my address in New Jersey, I got a notification saying is was delivered to my address I go and check and. Nothing. So I hit track my package and all it says it delivered New York, NY 10036. I’ve been trying to get ahold of USPS for two days now and no answer back this is disappointing and Ridiculous. I’m just going to contact Better business bureau At this point none of you have helped me or even answered the phone.

Why bother having a phone if you're not going to answer them.

This post office customers service is the worst. They dont even answer the phone. I have been calling for over 20 mins and the phone just rings and rings smh. No wonder they are going out of business. Plus, most of the workers I actually have spoken to have a very nasty disposition and are rude to the customers.
