WE ARE NOT GETTING mail or packages in the afternoon - Delivery says no one is in our suite although we are always there until 5PM AND most days until 6PM. If the receptionist is gone, we have a doorbell and two telephone numbers posted.

This location is responsible for my missing package. I call and they put me on endless hold or nobody answers the phone. This is a scam. I expected better from the USPS. Their negligence in handling my package has me chasing after them for an answer. Can they just admit they lost my package and pay me what it's worth? These games are unbelievable. Do better!
