We are being told by clients that mail is being returned as "undelivered" which doesn't make sense since we have placed a forward on our 61 Broadway, Suite 2000 NY, NY 10006 address to our Long Island Office located at 1 CA Plaza, Islandia, NY 11749. Please contact me as soon as possible to clarify and confirm receipt of this email. 646 251 4252, Thank you.

From Nov 2-Dec 6 2017 the Battery Park postman "lost" every single piece of my mail. I intend to escalate to local Congressman Nadler.

Don't answer there phone and miss deliver your packages and they don't care about your mail. Just like any other post office stick with Fed Ex or UPS they are better. US Postal office should be shut down.

Horrible place. In two incidents they have completely failed their jobs. First, I put some domestic stamps on an international letter and a clerk told me that I couldn't use domestic stamps, even if they added up to the right amount. So he lied to me so I can spend more money on stamps. Second, I mailed a express letter, supposed to arrive the next day. It happened that the letter never left the post office for 4 days!! When I went back and complained, the supervisor denied they did anything wrong. And sure enough, minutes after I complained, the express letter magically showed up on the tracking. A second-day letter arrived a week later. What can I say. Highway robbery is what it is.

I agree with ncroan. I let the phone ring for AT LEAST 10 MINUTES and not a living soul answered. At some point I was disconnected. Poor customer service. some questions cannot or are not addressed in FAQ and one needs to speak with a HUMAN.
