Postal Locations

I'm trying to have my mail held while I'm out of town.For years I used USPS.com to hold my mail. Currently the site has me as a business location and will not accept my mail hold request. How can I get this changed. My address is 58 Carolina Drive, 10956 Frank Matthews 845 499 9517

WHY DONT THEY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!??????? THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE IN NEW YORK STATE!!!!! PACKAGE GO MISSING FROM THE DROP BOX IN THE LOBBY AS WELL!!!!!!!! THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED IMMEDIATELY!!!!

The crew at the New City Post Office - all the carriers and clerks - are, as far as I can tell, first-rate. I've never had a reason to complain about the service whether I sending mail or parcels, or receiving deliveries. I thank them all for the great service.

This has got to be a joke for a postal service. Over the past ten years they have consistently lost mail and when they do deliver mail, it is often damaged or tainted with. Having bore with this post office and its inefficient, rude and quite frankly arrogant post master, it is time to actually say something. The tree grows from the roots, and it is sad that the employees who work at this branch have a "leader" who will openly insult and berate customers.Dear District office, please sent a team to oversee and examine the behaviors of your staff in this branch.

I need a package (for business) to be received on 12-22. At 8:00 am I received a text message that it arrived at the New City Post Office (I'm sure with 100's of other packages). I called and spoke to Juan who held my package at the Post Office at my request.

Be aware. There's a new kid in town. Same technology, same or better service, and best of all a face in our neighborhoods, schools and local stores. I have nothing against corporate America. I work for them.
These people took and American institution that has to deliver to the most remote places in the country, mandated to lose money on some services, benefits and hours worked and still have stepped up to compete with a smile, great service, better pricing and they get the job done.
