What Ania below says. USPS claims it was delivered to our parcel box today. I live in a townhouse condo complex, and if the package was really there, I was supposed to have a key to it in my mailbox. I don't see the key. One of the two - either the key was put in the wrong box or SOMEONE LIED about the package being delivered. WHY ARE YOU LYING??? This is unacceptable.

I have lived in two other towns in my life both of them in Putnam county and I have to say both of the towns had much better costumer service. This perticular post office marks packeges as deliverd the postmaster argues on the phone with me that the package was delivered (today)and the package actually shows up in my mail box the next day! Very unpleasant postmaster poor service! Never had so many problems with packeges not being deliverd or wrong info put on tracking numbers!
