Now that I can track expected mail via the USPS utility, I can tell when mail is not arriving, and it's all too often. Just last week, I twice didn't get important mail. Looks like the mailman is in too much of a rush to deliver the mail to the correct address. When I try to call the USPS, the VM box is always full.
I went there on April 27, around 2:30 PM asking for refund for international registered mail which was not delivered because service was suspended. Lady did not know how to process refund or was to lazy to process it and told me that I have to go to Tallman office for refund because letter was mailed from that office, they DO NOT do refunds for other post offices! I went to Tallman office an asked about it and was told that any post office can process refund. Something is wrong here, I see this as customer mistreatment.
I have a package there that was schedule for deliver and since the 11th and still nothing, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE !!! I understand the issue with the coronavirus but this is now unacceptable. Who is the post master???
I made an appointment online for a passport. They sent a confirmation to my email. When I arrived they said that the passport agent doesn't come in anymore. This is rude if you don't do passports anymore don't let anyone make an appointment online and certainly don't send confirmations.
I suppose listening to the phone endlessly ringing, and hanging up three times, that's whay $51,000 a year to start, with no experience get's the PAYING public.(: 845-732-3100).
The posrmaster should know throwing 4 famlies, different names and addresses in any box is not the way to do business.
