I know Milton doesn’t “deliver packages anymore, and it’s all Highland now, but I want to relay a message that I am very unhappy with their service. Laziness doesn’t even describe it. Again, they did not deliver my package because “they” said my driveway was not assessable to put it on my front porch. My driveway is clear. It is raining, and there is hardly any snow in it!!! Did anyone ever hear of using their feet to walk? UPS and FedEx do it all of the time! This better stop. Stop being so damn lazy and making excuses!! I NEVER used to have this problem!! What is wrong with these people anymore?!!

The lady at the desk was very rude to a customer. She continued to raise her voice and escalated it till the man got mad and started to raise his voice . The man as he left tried to fix the situation some but she just gave a nasty look . Needless to say i will no longer use that post office .
