I had a package for delivery today and never received it they said no access point for delivery there’s plenty of room to come in my driveway circular drive way you can put a tractor trailer in it no backing they are to lazy to get out their vehicle and put it on the pourch

The Substitute mail carrier is awful. It is 6:53 p.m. I have a package that's supposed to be delivered today and the mail carrier has yet to come to our mobile home park to deliver our mail. I don't understand this is he just not going to deliver the mail to our park today ?? Why is this happening and what can be done to solve this issue ? Every single time this substitute works we do not get our mail until very late in the evening.

Worst mail delivery I have ever dealt with. Never on time, extremely rude, never closes the door on my mail box. Had a delivery of a package yhatvwas larger along with the mail and my wife watched the delivery woman toss it in a snow bank. Terrible service.

We live on Lake Shore Dr. S. and was wondering what happened to the regular lady deliverer . she drives a green jeep. We like her we get our mail at least before 12 - 1 PM. Is she OK?
