I live at the Bateman Apartments on the 4 th floor and find it hard to walk any distance as I am disabled. Why won't the mail carrier leave the package at the door or at least use the intercom to call the apartment? The packages aren't even brought,. just the slips Thank You Chris Carpenter

lately we have been getting our mail on our ledge outside of our apt. 111. the mail carrier must be putting it in the wrong box. the person who's box it is must be bringing it to our apt. today it included two yellow notices of pkg's I went to pick them up but no pkgs. we live at brookside senior living ctr. please look into this matter.
