Postal Locations

I had a situation that required some explanation, called Lockport post office, Mark took call. He was pleasant, patient and took time to look for item and explained the issue in very clear manner. I was very pleased with his professionalism and time.

Mail delivery person almost hit us head on 1 foot over double yellow line on a curve. Tried to call lockport post office rings and rings then hangs up.

I called the P.O...to inquire about a package that was to be delivered as it was a very sensitive item, just a difficult time for our family overall! Christine was very understanding, and I received the precise time that the courier would deliver. I received a phone call when the courier was late...Dave, Noel and Christine...thank you! Impeccable service

I am trying to find my lost package but the Lockport New York office keeps letting the phone ring and ring and then they hang up. They shouldn't treat there neighbors this way.

At my place of work we received 17 pieces of mail for others not even on our road and received 5 pieces of mail all dated from early December!

Lockport postal workers for the Woodlands mobile home park ARE horrific ! WTF? CANT READ!?When the hell are they going to get someone to do the job correctly !? This SUCKS !

yes we have a new carrier o corwin rd,and dorchester. for some reason he dose not like to pickup mail that is put in box with flag up. had to stop him and hand him it. no way to start a new job.... thank you not happy

I want to know WHERE MY MAIL IS!!! On October 31st I went into the Lockport NY branch and physically put in a forwarding request to take effect on Nov 7th. On December 6th we still had not received any forwarded mail. I called the branch and spoke to Kristen who looked up in the system and saw no request in the system. She put me on hold. Came back 5 minutes later to tell me our mail was sitting on a desk in the back and had been placed on hold, not forwarded as we requested. She had no idea why that was done but put the request in. She told me she was going to mail us all our mail that they had been holding. As of today December 18th, we still have not gotten all that mail she said she mailed. I have called twice and was told, “ I mailed it.” Where is our mail! This is not the first issue we have had with that branch. Twice, we put our mail on hold while out of the country only to come home to see packages sitting out in the rain. Both times they kept delivering the mail. My daughter moved and put in a forwarding request, two month later and they were still sending mail to the old address. I think that branch needs an over haul and better employees!!!

Mail is supposed to be held for us until we pick it up at the post office as we are on vacation. However, mail was delivered today because we can view it from our Ring doorbell. I attempted to call the local post office, but no one answers. Ugh!

An envelope with a watch in it was delivered with the rest of my mail into a LOCKED mail slot. The problem is the envelope was ripped open and the watch gone. Question: Does the postal service deliver ripped open envelopes without a "damaged" stamp on it or did the mail carrier help himself? No help from the Postal Service.

I scheduled a package for pick up today and it was never picked up. Also, I started calling about 4:54 pm finally someone picked up at 5:10 pm and hung up on me. Real professional. I will be calling and speaking to the manager tomorrow. I may have to start using Fedex.

2 sets of Earrings and a package of oil srated delivered to mail box - not there! Stolen!!!!! This is the 4th time in 2 years. Dec 24- Xmas presents Stolen- way to go Lockport- merry Christmas!

You will get know where with these people, lazy lazy lazy do your jobs . Pure frustration dealing with these Lazy people Rob you are wrong.

These People can't find their asses with both hands. Three months running they have "lost" my painkiller script form the VA. They are worthless. Totally worthless and you and better off not living in Lockport at all with this kind of service. Cops are worse. Stay outta Lockport you're better off.

I for one would really love a locations map of the POst Offices dropbox/mailbox locations here in Lockport NY....that's why I Came to this site.....and was disappointed as usual.

This post office got my package from Texas addressed to Elmira NY which zipp code is 14904, Lockport is 14094, which tells me they are to Lazy or illiterate to see the difference, and tried to deliver,and sent me an email saying the people had moved and didn't leave a forwarding address when it was in the wrong city to start with!!!! So they say are sending it back to the sender! Don't think I will ever see my package!!!! IDIOTS PURE IDIOTS

In the past 2 months I have put mail into our ( messenger woods townhouses in Homer Glen ) community mail box and 4 letters that did not get delivered to their destination. Two were gift cards to my grandson in the Navy. I also have not gotten bills delivered to me ( comcast and another ) in the same time period. Should I pursue this or is it an isolated problem. Thankyou

worst post office ever go from getting mail at 1 oclock in afternoon to 6 when does mail come 6 at night can't pay any bills i get or anything postal service is slow and mailman can not read cause get wrong mail and have a note on door to leave packages in hallway drops them on porch unbelieveable
