2/14/22 Loch Sheldrake IS THE WORST POST OFFICE!!!!!!. I have 4 packages that indicated they were ready for pickup, I go there to get them and they are not there. I inquire to the post office employee and she indicated that they are not sorted even though mail is supposed to be done by 12 noon. She held up her hand palm facing me telling me she "doesn't have time for this" VERY RUDE AND NASTY!!!!!!!! Forget trying to call the Woodbourne Post Master you can not get though and the voice prompts using the 1-800 number is even worse

Was handed the wrong package twice by the same woman in one day. She thanked me, but seemed very unconcerned about both instances. I’ve had many interactions with this woman and she is on the phone way to many much, the second time she handed me the wrong package was because her talking on the phone and I could barely get a word in. The best experiences I’ve had at this post office was when she was on vacation

My recent experiences at the Loch Sheldrake PO have been unpleasant. Today, Saturday 8/8/20 I waited at the counter for approximately 5 minutes for the clerk to hand me a package. When she came she said to me, "You have a cough." Excuse me I replied, whereupon she repeated, "You have a cough." I felt embarrassed to say the least and put into a position to explain myself to her. I resent this comment, especially in this time and place. I do not have a cough but even if I did is it really the place of a postal clerk to confront me on a health matter as she did? This clerk seems to have some difficulty in knowing what is and what is not her concern. The other day she yelled at me for entering the PO to pick up my mail. I did not know there was a two person limit in the building. In any case I was wearing a mask and at least 10 feet away from the nearest person. "There is a two person limit in the building. The sign is written in a dozen languages," she screamed across the length of the PO. Is this appropriate? I'm afraid to go to the PO.
