Recently I sent a card to someone in Lisbon. It was returned no such address. It was a real address and correct. I did have the zip code wrong. A local post office employee told me they go by zip code only, address doesn't mean anything. The previous postal employee would of looked at the address and made sure it got to that person. No wonder why people don't respect the post office employees anymore.
