I never received a package that I paid to have delivered. There was no tracking information so I had to co tact the seller. After obtaining the needed information, I discovered a delivery “attempt”was made. There was no notification left for me to contact the post office. No answer when trying to call the Cornell street location. What am I paying postage for??!!

I am upset for 3 days the mail delivery person passes in front of my house for 3 days and chooses not to deliver my mails. On a day 3 he just dumps my mail on the stairs. And he delivers someone else mail to my mailbox since I put that letter in the mail box he never borders to take it back.

I am very upset. On Saturday 5/29/21 on Informed Delivery I was informed that my insurance bill was in the mail. I checked the box stating I did not received the mail. Here it is Wednesday 6/2/21 and I still have not received the bill. This is not the first occurrence. This is a multiple mail site that I am speaking about. So he must be putting my mail in someone else's box. The USPS is not doing their jobs. While delivering the mail they are on their cell phones and not paying attention to what they should be doing. This is my personal information that they carrier is putting out there. Not good at all. Try to call the post office and all you get is a recording stating that their privacy policies are in place. NOT SO. I am a senior citizen and do not need the anxiety.

I was told my mail and packages were unable to delivered because the driveway mailbox/front door were inaccessible. I have cameras on my house. The mail man didn’t even attempt to stop, he just blew right past my house. My mailbox, driveway, and front door were not blocked. Then the packages were returned to sender same day instead of delivering the next day.

I am a VFW member and requested that my mail be delivered to my door instead of walking up a 200 ft. plus incline to the community mail boxes. I have difficulty even with a walking cane. After falling while getting my mail I was advised to make this request. Early in Dec I spoke to a Postmaster named Leon , He said no problem and had a guy named Mike measure the distance to the mailbox-Mike said the mail would start being delivered to my door . That never happened !-Since then I have called once a week until now -each time I was told that it would be done . Now they say I have to have a form signed by my Doctor , I said please send me the form and they said ok. -wello, No form ever came . I called again Leon ignored me and had a guy named Mike tell me -they don't have any such form and for me to have my Doctor make one up--I mean I'm 76 years of age -served my country and treated people right while working as a Lineman in Central Hudson for 34 yrs.--This Leon & his co-worker Mike should be talked too !

Mail not being put in the mailbox just put on stair railing where someone can just pick it up or even get wet if it rains. Carrier is getting to lazy to walk up the steps. Also always receiving other residents mail so I’m sure my is going to other residences also. They need to pay more attention to their job. Please put my mail in my mailbox.

Horrible service by our carrier! They refuse to deliver packages, even ones that weigh under 10 lbs or to even put notices on the door! They don't even bring the packages on their rounds! You have to call constantly and complain before they'll do their job for a day or two. They consistently put mail in the wrong mailboxes. If they will not do their jobs properly, they should find another job! You can't count on them at all! My drivers license renewal notice went to a neighbor 2 lots away. I received medications for a neighbor down the road. Disgraceful!

Notice to all customers, if you are not receiving mail, do not expect your outgoing mail to be picked up. i was just informed that if you have no mail, they are not "required" to stop and pick it up.
