Tried to contact by phone and to fax request Fax number out of order. . Sent a present from Amazon to our granddaughter Valentina Was sent to the wrong address. I was expecting a package, which Amazon said “was left inside the residence’s mailbox” on Saturday, July 2. According to the website, the package dimensions would not fit in my mailbox. Since it was a holiday weekend, I figured it would be here by Tuesday. On Wednesday, July 6, my granddaughter went to my mailbox, and noticed a package in the ditch! My package had been in the ditch 4 days! I’ve lived here 4 years and this has never happened before. Unacceptable! I tried calling the post office, but the phone rings for 5 minutes, then gives a busy signal.

I had a package I has to sing for, last date to deliver was Jan 17th, I signed the paper and said place on front porch. Never got it. I have tryed calling with out any success I live 2 homestead st. How do I get my package? I have no tracking numbers and it's a package from a lawyer that will charge me 250$ if I call her. My phone number is 716 499 8309

I sell on Ebay. I have to ship my products out the next day. The last 6 months has been horrible. I don't care about getting my mail. I do need it picked up though. I usually take it myself or my wife. I have mail not picked up before, and complained about it, nothing changed. I know it's hard now a days. But you guys are ruining my business. I put mail out on 12/18/2021 at 6am. I wasn't going to be able to mail it out. You never showed up. Now I have to wait until Monday to ship it. Doesn't look good for me. My rating goes down. Thanks allot. At least let us Know so we can find some other way of getting the mail to the post office. Our regular mail guy does a good job of picking it up. Its usually someone else, is when I have problems. I know it's hard times, but keep the commitment of doing it right. Thank you.

I scheduled a priority mail pick up & they just didn't bother. I go 2 & 3 days without mail delivery though Informed delivery tells me I have mail. They have violated the Americans with Disabity Act as I am disabled & can't get to the post office.

Trusted service. They get me all my mail on time every time. If a bill gets dropped i never cared. and tell the IRS i said dissect that.

Quite honestly- terrible service all around. I do understand that is nearing the holiday's, but I'm not getting my mail. I get mail for various address' that don't match ours and numerous people who don't live at this address. They've also been known to deliver my mail and packages to the wrong address. When notifying the post office they tell you that there's nothing that they can do about it. What a joke.

The mailman either doesnt come at all or comes at like 7 pm this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I have important stuff coming in the mail and we get 10 other people's mail!!!!!

Our mail is always messed up. We get something every day but not always our mail. We just put it back in the box. We have had items arrive rather late in fact ruined some items. Also sent a check for some insurance only to discover that they were about to cancel our auto insurance for lack of payment. I got on the stick and got it settled and am now paying almost every bill online. DeJoy needs to get on the stick.

I live on falconer street jamestown ny 14701 and currently wondering why if the mailman/women doesn't see mail for delivery here that he/she doesn't come to the door, pretty pissed about it, just figured you might want a heads up on what routes are being half asked, I have out going mail that needed to be picked up yet no mail man showed up today

I live in Jamestown NY, and on Sunday when my packages were being delivered, the post lady became upset, belligerent, and very unprofessional. I am sorry about the amount of packages, however I paid extra to have Sunday delivery only to be asked to carry my own packages out of the mail truck and to my home. Not okay with this at all.

Order on line, package scan for delivery on June 1st someone lost it. It was uninsured nothing they can do, I can complain by 1 800 number or on line. TRY THAT!

i have been trying to call the Jamestown, NY PO with no answer.. number is 716 664 2133 or 488 0785, which is the number the falconer, ny PO gave me... either/or, no one answers.. no wonder the PO is in trouble.. you are not delivering my mail, i don't know what you are doing with it, but my utility bill is not coming here, but i am getting another persons mail.. and he doesn't live here.. i h ave been taking it to him,, that stops right now.. i'm not responsible for being a carrier.. and, if a utility is shut off because you people don't know how to deliver it, maybe i need to go to someone higher up.. thank you..i'm not sure for what.. fran-e campbell, a very upset customer.. (must be trump pays someone personally, hence this is the service we get now)

Our postal carrier, even in GOOD weather only delivers our mail about half the time. In the winter with snow - we get mail about 3 times a week. He has delivered packages to the wrong address and other peoples' mail to us often. The poor guy can barely walk. Shouldn't there be a physical fitness component to being a postal carrier?
