Six weeks ago I submitted a change of address form to this post office and as of today I have received only two pieces of mail. See below for background. The mail still sits in Island Park Post Office. HISTORY OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS 6/7/2025 On April 25 (Saturday) I went to Island Park Post Office and handed in a “Change of Address” form showing Linda’s address as 100-128 Baker Court. On April 28 (Monday) the Postal Service acknowledged this submission. On May 15 (Thursday), not having received any forwarded mail, I called the Island Park P O and was told that I hadn’t completed the original “Change” form correctly and I should go to my local P O and file a “Correction to Change of Address” form. I immediately went to the Shannon Rd P O and completed the form. They then had to mail it to the Richmond VA processing facility. On May 28 (Wednesday), and probably at other times prior, I called the Postal Service phone number and spoke to a very understanding lady who said that the “Correction” had NOT been entered but she would make the correction as while I was on the phone. That correction was acknowledged on May 29. On June 6 (Friday), and probably at other times prior, I called the Postal Service for updates, each time being given a service request number and being told that someone would get back to me. No one did. Keith escalated the issue (78574769) to the NY Consumer Affairs group in Melville, NY for further investigation. On June 7 (Saturday) I received a phone call from a lady at the Island Park P O saying that all the mail is still at her location and that she had to make some modifications in the system to get the mail moving and I “should” start receiving it by the end of next week. I became agitated at hearing that the mail was still in Island Park and raised my voice as she also was raising her voice. I said, “Why don’t you just wrap up the mail and send it to me?” She didn’t like my question and proclaimed that I should have asked “Can you please gather up the mail and send it to me?” I was getting nowhere, and I told her I was hanging up.

Whenever my regular guy z isn't around my whole building dosen't get mail. Horrible employees tell me they can't get in mail box. Its bullshit. 8 apartments at 4403 Broadway haven't received mail this whole week. They should all be held responsible. You wanna pay my late fees on the bills I'm not getting. Horrible post office.
