Postal Locations

I ordered a package from misguided approximately a month ago. Everytime I check the shipping information it says it's with a shipping partner Pitney Bowes and has been there since June 15th! Waiting to be picked up by USPS. My retailer promised no more than a 15 day delay however this has been far more! I want to know where my package is and I want it to get picked up and sent! I have waited longer than even covid gives you an excuse for!

Alice is very nasty!!! How does USPS let such a Miserable person help you at the front counter? I ask a question about my package that I’m sending and she tells me I’ll tell you later I’ll tell you after. I wanted to know if I needed to add tracking, insurance and the prices and she didn’t want to talk because she was going to tell me later as music is blasting from a phone next to her.

I have been trying to call this facility for the last week and no one answers the phone. They dont even have voice mail. I've been trying to locate a package that was there and I need to find it as it has not been delivered. Horrible service.
