Hello,
Our company drops a bin of mail off to Kim everyday at 4:30. Shout out to Kim she's amazing! Always happy to help, outgoing, kind, & patient!
Service with a smile!
Thank you!
I ordered a package to be sent to my home. This PO leaves me a note to come and pick it up at their location, even though it's a rather small box.
When I checked the website that sent it to me, this PO reported to them that my driveway as "inaccessible", which is baffling, as I have a very straight, paved driveway with absolutely no obstructions !
When I called this PO on a few occasions to discuss with the PM (who NEVER returns your calls/emails), I was told by the delivery supervisory that if the delivery person has to back up in your driveway to turn around to leave the driveway, they're no longer allowed to drive up to the house.
I replied that was utterly ridiculous because 99% of the driveways out there require the need to put the vehicle in reverse to back up and turn around (unless you have an unobstructed circular driveway). He wouldn't budge and said I should leave a receptacle bin at the end of my driveway to receive the packages from now on !!
What in the WORLD is going on with the USPS these days? They no longer drive up to your house? I've been at my home for 26 years and have NEVER been told this before! It's the most asinine thing I've heard from them yet !
I’ve had a package sitting at the post office for about five days my tracking number says it every day to be delivered that day but it never arrives tried to call the post office and no one answers.
I ordered some items that are 4ft x2ft in size on Amazon. Unfortunately Amazon chose USPS as a carrier for that particular purchase. The USPS person servicing Lloyd area never attempted a delivery, she/he just rubber- banded a redelivery slip to my mailbox. I was in front of the house at that time and was just surprised how come the person in the truck couldn't drive to the front door and drop off the packages. After I inquired with their customer service they told me it is because there are bees in my mailbox. Doesn't matter the size of a package, 4ft by 2ft in this case, the bees in a mailbox are a health hazard according to USPS, therefore no delivery can be made to my address. All I can say...good luck with your business USPS.
The tracking number for my package says it was delivered 15 min ago but it is not here. Item is big to fit in a mailbox. Calling the Highland office and no answer! Who do I call ???
I think this is such a friendly Postal Office, everyone who works there always seems VERY nice, helpful ( I am some what disabled) & anyone who takes extra time with me & is courtesy in every way needs a Gold star in their file, because I was always taught that if someone gives you their time & you want to reciprocate in one way or another, monetarily or maybe some home made cookies, everyone's time is worth something)
