Hampton Bays Post Office. Valerie Faria. Pretended to be the Post Master General. Told me Ron was no longer there. This was NOT True! She wouldn't let me send my package in a priority mail box with a pre-paid First Class postage label from FB Marketplace. I then blacked out the "priority" with a magic marker, she still wouldn't let me use the box. She told me I should buy a new box and repack my package. Terrible customer service. This lady should not be in charge.

Mail delivered but not Amazon package that was out for delivery, substitute mailman today, this has happened more than once when substitute was on, if they can't do job they shouldn't be hired. I have complained more than once about packages being dropped of at front apt. When it clearly says apt.8.
