For years i have received my neighbors mail and mail from blocks away with names not close to mine. Happens when regular carrier is off. Regular carrier gives excuses, they are new or filling in. He also states that he is the shop Stewart and he will talk with them. How many more years do I have to hear excuses ? I'd give negative stars ,unfortunately it isn't an option

I recently sent 3 packages to my house in Franklin Square, NY. They were all certified and required a signature in order to deliver them to my house. My mom came home to find my 3 packages on the front porch wet and damaged and NOT signed for. What kind of operation are you guys running? I will speaking with a supervisor Monday.

I recently paid for 3 day priority shipping on 2 packages, both going to Florida. One package arrived in 5 days and the other arrived in 7 days. Long story short, I will never get sucked into paying for a service that the USPS is incapable of providing. When I complained to the post office, I was told it isn't a guaranteed service so there's no refund. It was suggested that I speak to the Postmaster. I am not wasting any more of my time. Here's what's guaranteed: I am going to use UPS or Fed Ex for my shipping needs. I suggest you work on what you call "customer service" or the lack thereof. What a disappointment.

These people are so nice and helpful. I have moved to another town but I continue to return to the FSPO. I have never had a problem with their automated postal station.
